About Me
Hi, I’m Dana — an independently licensed marriage and family therapist with a supervisor in training designation. Since 2016 I’ve been working with couples, individuals, and families navigating life’s most meaningful and often painful challenges. I specialize in marital, premarital, and discernment counseling, and I’m especially passionate about helping couples strengthen communication and reconnect. I also work with a wide range of family issues, including parent/child relationships, trauma and abuse, mental health concerns, and healing from family dysfunction.
I truly love walking with people through pain, grief, or uncertainty — especially when it leads to healing, clarity, and renewed hope. Whether we’re addressing body image struggles, religious trauma, or processing difficult life transitions, my goal is to create a safe space for you to be seen, supported, and empowered.
Emotional and mental wellness are often overlooked, but they’re essential to living fully. Therapy is a powerful way to invest in yourself and rewrite the influence of the past on your present and future. You don’t have to stay stuck — help is available, and it’s never too late to feel better.
